Mike Connolly

Mike leads both the engineering and operations organizations for Gainwell. With over 30 years of experience in healthcare, technology, and consulting, he leverages his expertise to transform critical healthcare businesses. His extensive background includes building technology and operational capabilities for health plans and other health-related enterprises.

Before joining Gainwell, Mike was a senior advisor at PwC, providing strategic counsel to C-suite executives across various healthcare sectors. At PwC, he led the transformation consulting unit, a $4 billion business encompassing strategy, customer, operations, M&A, finance, workforce, and industry technology across all commercial sectors. Prior to PwC, Mike served as president of Ciox Health and as the chief technology officer of Aetna.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Indiana University – Bloomington and an MBA in information technology from Northern Illinois University.
